AI generated porn is adult imagery rendered by a model instead of photographed or filmed: a still built from a written description, or a short clip animated from one picture. Nobody in it exists. The person is sampled by the model from what it learned about faces, bodies and light, which is both the point and the boundary - it can draw any scene between fictional adults, and it must not draw a real person or a minor. This page explains how it is actually made, what it does well and badly, why the fictional-adults rule is structural rather than a policy line, and shows real examples published by people who made them on Swaplse. 18+ only.
How a still is made
The image model was trained on photographs, so it works from a description written the way a photographer would talk: who is in the frame, what they are doing, where, and how it is shot. On Swaplse the description goes into a field that takes up to 800 characters in any language; a text model translates it and, if you ask, expands a short line into a detailed prompt. The renderer then produces one to four variants in one of six aspect ratios at up to 1360 pixels on the long side, in seconds. Trained styles - small add-ons that push the look towards a face type, a body type, a garment or a kind of light - can be stacked up to four at a time. Each run samples fresh, which is why two runs of the same sentence give two similar but different people.
How a clip is made
Video is not generated from text here; it is animated from a picture. The motion model takes one frame - a still from the generator or an uploaded photo - and a short description of what happens, and renders 5, 10 or 15 seconds at 720p in which the same face, body and room move. Because the person and the place are fixed by the frame, the clip holds together in a way text-to-video adult clips rarely do. For scenes that need a second person the photo lacks, a vision model edits the frame to add one and inspects the anatomy before the motion model starts; frames that fail are cancelled and the coins refunded. Clips are silent, short, and take minutes rather than seconds.
What it does well, and badly
- Good at: skin, fabric, light, faces in close and mid shots, poses that a body can reach, motion that starts from the pose in the picture.
- Bad at: hands, any lettering inside the frame, two people interacting without a prepared frame, and keeping one identity across separate renders without a reference.
- Ceilings: 1360 pixels on the long side with no upscaler, 720p and 15 seconds for video, no audio. Sites advertising 4K adult video from a sentence are describing something else.

Examples from the gallery
Real work published by Swaplse users, not promotional renders. Every one is open without an account and shows the prompt, the styles and the settings behind it, which is the honest way to judge what the model can do.
Why everyone in it is fictional and over 18
The model does not have a database of people; it has a learned sense of what a face or a body looks like, and it draws a new one each run. That makes the fictional-adults rule enforceable rather than aspirational: prompts are checked before and after expansion for anything involving minors, uploaded photos are screened and refused when they show a real identifiable person, and lookalike or deepfake requests are refused for the same reason. Nothing about an account tier changes those checks. Adult content between fictional adults, on the other hand, is not filtered - that is what the tool is for, and there is no softened "safe mode" render.
Is it legal, and is it private?
Making adult imagery of fictional adults for yourself is legal in most places where adult content is; making it of a real person without consent is not, which is why real faces are refused at the door rather than left to your judgement. What you generate stays in your private collection unless you choose to publish it to the gallery, and it can be downloaded or deleted at any time. Published work carries its prompt so that others can learn from it and the author gets credited when a prompt is reused.
What it costs to make your own
Looking is free and needs no account. Generating is paid in coins, priced per run and shown before you press create: 50 to 200 coins for an image variant depending on tier, 1,500 coins for a 5 second clip. Packs start at $6.99, plans at $19.99 a month, paid by card or crypto; registration needs only a confirmed email. There is no welcome grant at the moment, and pages here say so instead of implying a free tier.
Where to start
Write the scene on the uncensored AI image generator and animate the frame you like on image to video AI NSFW; the AI porn maker page walks through the whole workflow, and the NSFW AI generator overview maps every tool. To see what the model does for one specific thing before writing a word, the category pages are sorted by scene, body type and style.
