No prompt wording defeats a resolution limit.

The glow problem

Green invites a specific mistake. The render lights the iris from inside, adding an emissive ring that no eye has, and the result looks closer to a lit lens than to a person. Say what should be lighting it instead: green iris, no inner glow, single window catchlight. A named catchlight gives the surface a curve to sit on, which is what you actually wanted when you reached for brightness.

Check both eyes separately

The near eye usually comes out fine and the far one carries the damage.
