Exemption statement
All visual content available on swaplse.com is synthetic imagery and video generated by artificial intelligence. The characters shown are fictional, computer-generated, and do not exist in real life. No real human performers were engaged, photographed, or filmed in producing this content.
Because the content does not depict real persons in explicit conduct, it falls outside the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. No records of performer age or identity are kept for the reason that there are no performers.
Why the exemption applies
Record-keeping rules are built around a filming process: a producer records who took part in a shoot and verifies each participant's age against documents. No stage of our platform involves such a process:
- there is no shoot - images and video are formed by a neural network from a text prompt or from an uploaded frame;
- there are no real performers - the output is a fictional character, not a recording of a living person's conduct;
- a character's appearance is not a portrait of any particular individual and is no evidence that such an individual exists;
- as a result there is nothing to record: there is no participant whose age and identity would have to be verified and stored.
Any resemblance between a generated character and a real person is coincidental. If you believe a specific work reproduces you, see the section "How to report a violation".
How this is enforced in practice
The statement above rests on rules and procedures, not on the technology alone:
- our rules expressly prohibit creating images of real people without their explicit consent, public figures included - the full list of prohibitions is set out in Acceptable Use;
- prompts, uploads, and publications are checked by automated systems and by people; prompts aimed at producing prohibited material are blocked;
- on a justified complaint the work is unpublished, and repeat violations lead to the author's account being blocked;
- access to the service is limited to adults: 18 or older, and where the age of majority in your country is higher, from that age.
Material uploaded by users
The service lets you upload your own frame to animate or process it. We do not create such source material, so responsibility for its origin and lawfulness rests with the user who uploaded it.
By uploading an image of a person, the user confirms that it is either themselves or a person who has given explicit consent to this kind of processing. Uploading images of other people without their consent is prohibited, as is uploading material in which third parties hold the rights. The full requirements for uploads are set out in Acceptable Use.
This exemption statement concerns how content is produced on the platform. It does not make user-uploaded material lawful if it is not.
Zero tolerance for material involving minors
Any material involving minors, or portraying characters as minors, is prohibited without exception - in prompts, in uploads, and in publications alike. Such material is removed immediately.
The offending account is blocked with no possibility of restoration and the case is reported to the competent authorities. There are no exceptions to this rule, and it applies whether the material was generated or uploaded.
How to report a violation
If you find a work that breaks the rules set out here, depicts you without your consent, or infringes rights in a protected work, tell us. The procedure for filing a report, the details it must contain, and the review timeframes are set out in DMCA and content complaints: justified complaints are handled within 72 hours, and material involving minors is handled immediately and out of turn.
