This document sets out when we return coins to your balance, when we refund a purchase, and what you need to do to request one. The policy covers all purchases made on swaplse.com.
The internal currency of the service is coins. Actions inside the service are paid for in coins, and the cost of each action is shown on the creation page before you start it.
Purchases are one-off: a coin pack or a plan for a chosen period. There is no self-renewing subscription and no automatic charging of the payer - the next purchase happens only when you decide to make it. Unused coins do not expire while the account exists.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency against an issued invoice. The service does not accept or store card details, so a refund to a card is not possible either: money is returned by the same route it arrived.
If a generation ends with a technical error on our side, the coins charged for it are returned to your balance automatically. There is no need to request the refund or to contact support.
If coins for a clearly failed run have not come back within a day, write to us and give the approximate time of the run: we will check and return them manually.
Coins are not refunded for a generation that completed. Generative output varies by its nature: the same prompt run again produces a different image or a different video, and no match between the result and your expectation is guaranteed. What you pay for is the model doing the work, not the result matching what you had in mind.
A practical step instead of a refund: refine the prompt, change the source frame or the settings, and run it again.
A purchased coin pack can be refunded when both of the following hold at once:
The request is sent by email from the address the account is registered to. If even part of the coins from the pack has been used, the pack counts as used and is not refundable.
The Lite, Plus, and Ultimate plans are bought for a period of 1, 3, or 12 months. Payment is made once for the whole chosen period, and there is no automatic renewal.
A refund for an unused period is requested under the same rule: no later than 14 days after payment, and provided that the plan has not been used - no generations were run under it and the coins it includes were not spent.
If the plan has already been used, it is not refunded; the period you paid for continues to run until it ends.
An approved refund is sent to the wallet the payment came from, minus the network fee for the transfer. Refunds are not sent to any other wallet.
The amount is converted at the rate in effect when the refund is made. Exchange rate movement between the date of payment and the date of the refund is not compensated in either direction: the service has no influence on the rate.
If a transfer went out but the balance was not topped up - for example the invoice expired or the amount did not match - write to support and attach the transaction hash. It also helps to give the sending address, the amount, and the approximate time of the transfer.
Once we verify that the payment arrived, we credit the coins manually. This is not a refund but the completion of a payment, and the 14 day rule does not apply to it.
If an account is blocked for violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use, the remaining coin balance is not refunded and the unused part of a plan period is not compensated.
This applies to blocks for prohibited content and for other breaches of the rules. If you believe a block was a mistake, write to support: if the block is lifted, the balance and the plan period are restored.
Send the request to support@swaplse.com with the subject "Refund", from the email address the account is registered to - that is how we confirm the request comes from the account owner. In the message, state:
A request is reviewed within 14 days of being received. We send the decision by reply, together with the details of the transfer if the outcome is positive. How long the funds then take to arrive depends on the network and your wallet, which is outside our control.
This policy sets out our ordinary refund practice and does not limit the mandatory rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law.
Where the law of your country gives you rights broader than those stated here, the statutory rights prevail. If you believe your case falls under such a rule, say so in your request and we will review it in the light of applicable law.
