Acceptable Use Policy

Updated:

1. Purpose and scope of this policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do on the Swaplse service. It forms part of the Terms of Service: by accepting the terms you accept this policy as well, and breaking it counts as breaking the terms.

The policy applies to every feature of the service: generating images and short videos, animating an uploaded frame, processing uploaded material, the AI character chat, your personal collection and publications in the shared gallery, and any interaction with the service infrastructure and with support.

The rules apply whether you publish a work or keep it to yourself: prohibited material is not allowed in a private collection either.

2. General principles of conduct

The service produces synthetic adult content. That does not override the law of your country or the rights of other people. You are responsible for what you type into a request, what you upload, and what you publish.

The basic principles: never involve minors in any form; never use images of real people without their consent; never present generated output as a genuine recording; do not interfere with the service or with other users; do not try to work around restrictions the service put in place deliberately.

If you are unsure whether a particular scenario is allowed, ask support before you run the generation or publish the work.

3. Absolute prohibition: minors

Any material involving minors, and any content depicting characters as minors, is prohibited completely and unconditionally. Zero tolerance applies: such material is removed immediately, the account is blocked without warning and without a refund, and the information is reported to the competent authorities.

The prohibition covers every form: the source image you upload, the text request, the generated result, messages in the AI character chat, and the title, description, and tags of a published work.

Depicting adult characters as minors is prohibited as well: through age references in the request, childlike attributes, a school setting, a specific stylisation, or any other device that creates an impression of a minor. Stating that "the character is fictional" or "the character is 18" does not lift the prohibition if the result looks otherwise.

Attempts to get around the filters that enforce this prohibition, whether by misspellings, euphemisms, splitting a request into parts, or substituting an image, are treated as a violation in their own right with the same consequences.

4. Real people and consent

Creating and publishing images of identifiable real people without their explicit consent is prohibited. This covers public figures too: performers, bloggers, athletes, politicians. Fame is not a substitute for consent.

By uploading an image of a person you confirm that it depicts you, or an adult who gave explicit consent to such processing. You may not upload other people's photos found online, taken from social networks, or obtained without permission. Consent must be obtained before the upload and can be withdrawn; once it is withdrawn, stop using the material and delete the related works.

Presenting synthetic content as a genuine recording of a real person is prohibited: do not caption a work as a real event, do not publish it as a "leak" or as evidence, and do not use a result to mislead, blackmail, discredit, or take revenge.

5. Prohibited categories of content

Regardless of how it was produced, material is prohibited if it:

The list is not exhaustive: the service may reject material that plainly contradicts the intent of these rules even if it is not named in the list word for word.

6. Prohibited actions against the service

You may not:

Security testing and load testing without prior written agreement also count as violations.

7. Publishing works to the shared gallery

Publishing to the shared gallery is voluntary. The title, category, and tags must match what the work actually contains. Misleading labels are prohibited, including putting a work in the wrong category for reach, tags unrelated to the content, and captions that ascribe reality to the work or credit it to someone else.

Titles, descriptions, and tags are subject to the same prohibitions as the content itself: no references to minors, no names of real people as the characters depicted, no insults or incitement to hatred, no advertising of third-party resources, and no spam.

You can withdraw a publication yourself by removing the work from the gallery. The service may unpublish a work or change its visibility if this policy is broken.

8. How violations are detected

Uploads, requests, and publications are checked by automated moderation systems: some requests are rejected before the generation starts, and some results are not allowed to be published. Automation can err in both directions, so it is backed by manual review.

Manual moderation is carried out on complaints and by sampling. You can report a work with the "Report" button on its page, through the support form, or by writing to support@swaplse.com. Substantiated complaints are handled within 72 hours.

Material passing the automated check does not mean it is allowed: a work can still be taken down later when a violation is found during manual review.

9. Consequences of a violation

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, one or more measures apply: rejecting the request, unpublishing the work, deleting the material, restricting individual features, suspending the account, or blocking it entirely.

Where an account is blocked for a rules violation, the remaining coin balance is not refunded and the paid part of a plan period is not compensated. Settlement in other cases is described in the Refund Policy.

Material involving minors leads to an immediate block without warning and to reporting the information to the competent authorities. For other categories the service may also pass information to the authorities where applicable law requires it or where a lawful request has been received.

10. Appealing a moderation decision

If a work has been taken down or access has been restricted, you may submit a counter-notice: write to support from the account email, give the link to the work or the account identifier, and explain why you consider the decision wrong. Attach supporting evidence if you have any, for example the consent of the person depicted.

The content stays down until the dispute is resolved. After review the work is either restored or the decision stands; the answer is sent to the account email.

Appeals are not available for material involving minors: those decisions are not reconsidered.

11. How to report a violation

Report a breach of this policy with the "Report" button on the work page, through the support form, or by writing to support@swaplse.com. So that the complaint can be verified, include the link to the work and the substance of your claim.

If you are a rights holder and the matter concerns copyright infringement, use the procedure set out in the DMCA Policy. If the matter concerns an image of yourself used without consent, write to support from your contact email and describe exactly which work depicts you.

Knowingly false and mass unfounded complaints are themselves a breach of this policy.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when new features appear, when legal requirements change, or when new forms of abuse are identified. The current version is always published on this page and the update date is shown at the top.

Material changes are announced in the service interface or by an email to the account address. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the new version.
